When we have something interesting or relaxing to listen to we can use music to relax ourselves from our daily stresses.

Many people find music relaxing and are able to sleep better at night. Music can be used for sport and recreation. It can help relieve anxiety and tension and gives you a feeling of being in control of your surroundings while you are playing your favorite sport. While relaxing you can use music to soothe your worries and anxieties. Music can be put to good use for those who work in an office or for students who are studying or trying to prepare for an exam.

Some people even say that it can re-train our brain and give us a new attitude and outlook in life. Music can change a person's mood from groggy to happy in a matter of seconds.
